Fun Winter Ride
Feb. 24th, 2013

Sophie and Greg went cycling around Prince Arthur's Landing the day of the winter riding workshop. Greg get's run over by an ice-car who wasn't watching. Pesky vehicles!

Tweed Ride
Sept. 27th, 2013

The first annual Tweed Ride was a smashing success. Dressing up in old fashioned clothes, especially that style from Britain in the 1920's from which the event gets its name, cyclists toured the streets and paths of Thunder Bay sporting costumes and making friends. The event was made that much more authentic and interesting with a few retro cruiser bikes lent out by Community Spokes. It was awesome!

Halloween Ride
Nov. 1st, 2013

Another pumpkin-smashing costume ride! It was only one day late, but everyone was still in Halloween mood. It was very cold that night, and the sunlight didn't last long, but we had a great turn out. We rode down to the waterfront for some pictures and headed back. We also had some great costumes! Waldo and Wenda, a ghost from Pacman, a fox from "What Does the Fox Say?", some pirates, and a lady... who was actually a man. We had some greasers and some some people dressed up like university students. Those were the most accurate costumes.

Thanks to John for the pictures.
