The Sustainability Initiative

Jody is the new Commissioner of the Sustainability Initiative, which is a grass-roots initiative run by the students. They promote sustainability and environmentally-friendly decision making around campus, they raise awareness of environmental and social justice issues. They run campaigns in support of their goals, programs which support the students' involvement. They financially support Community Spokes, as well as providing other resources and collaborating with on on projects.

The Lakehead University Students Union is self explanatory! They do all kinds of amazing things for the students, and the executive members put in a lot of work to make sure the students' needs are met. As our History page will tell you, LUSU is the reason that Community Spokes has a home on campus.
